We've put together a great agenda for the day in a fantastic location, there is also the opportunity to meet other working hostels & share experiences be it the good, the bad or the ugly!

9.15 am	:	Immigration Changes Immigration Agent Changes to the Visa extension including the introduction of pay slips, potential tax changes & details on sponsorship.
10.15 am	:	Share Houses are they a threat to Hostels? Federal Backpackers Hostel in Bundaberg Discussing share houses in their district and how they are combating the issue.
11.00 am	:	Morning Tea

12.30 pm	:	Buffet Lunch
1.30 pm	:	Working Hostels Management Software Matthew Major Demonstrating onhowWorking Hostels software manages day to day operations of a professional hostel. Including collecting rent, managing workrosters & daily income, expenditures reporting.
2.30 pm	:	Afternoon tea
3.00 pm	:	Selling Travel to guests Representative from Website Travel Presenting demonstration on how hostels can make money from selling travel.
4.00 pm	:	Open Forum Anything go's!!! Hear from other hostels operators and how they manage things like excessing drinking, late rent payments & work ethic concerns.
5.00 pm	:	Finish.
